Again, moving to California was one of the best decisions I've ever made. So much was learned in those years I spent there. It may sound cliche, but I wouldn't change those memories or experiences for the world. I've gained so much strength and knowledge about myself, I'm so happy I hopped on that Greyhound and took a trip across the country with a leap of faith.

Think about what you want. Visualize it. What does it feel like? Is it tangible? Do you believe you can achieve it? Is it possible? Even if you don't feel it is, is there a chance you can STILL make it happen? I believe there is.

I love my lady so much. Having a baby on the way really puts new things into perspective and you start looking at life from a whole new vantage point. There's more to life than just taking care of yourself, it's about getting to it and taking care of your family too!

I remember sleeping outside one night in California. There wasn't a tent to sleep in this time, it was just a cliff overlooking the ocean with a beautiful view, and my suitcase to use a pillow. I didn't let that night bring me down, I went into work that next morning with my big ol' suitcase in hand, clocked in and got that check to move on to the next step. Keep pushing!

I was told, you gotta live what's on your soul. Meaning, whatever it is you feel inside of you that motivates and pushes you, keep doing that! Life has so much to offer when you tap into what you love and what you feel you're here to do. Get to it and make it happen!

Living in hostels in California was pretty wild. Living with people you haven't met before was definitely an experience. Living with strangers from around the world actually has some benefits. You learn about different cultures, backgrounds, and ways of life. I would recommend it if you're traveling around the world and need to find a place to live within your budget.

I learned a lot about financial stability during my time in California. Moving to California taught me you really have to get out here and do it yourself.
