I remember going to the gym and thinking “I doubt this will work. But if not I’ll just get surgery.” But when I say the hard work is paying offfff! One of my cousins told me “just stay consistent.” And that I did. Cause period.

Two sisters have opened up ‘s first Black-owned beauty supply shop.

The store will be owned by 25-years-old Armanicov and 22-years-old Ameela

“We’ve always dreamed of owning a beauty supply," Armanicov told MDN. "We never get to see people that look like us owning them. We want to be a representation for young girls!”

The Gallery Beauty Supply grand opening is set for December 3rd, 2022. The business is located on 15570 Northline Rd, which is near Northline and Devoe Ave.
