Recently we were reached out to by Ineffable Records, based out of Mexico City, Mexico. They sent their newest project, which is the Nesstrak - "Mudskipper" EP. We were blown away by all four tracks and are excited to premiere this spaciously hypnotic track entitled "Muggin". We really love the rich sound design, prominent and wobbly sub movement, and the tension between phrasing. All of the tracks are amazing and we are stoked to feature Nesstrak on AE again, long time listeners may remember his track "Hemi-Sync", which was a free download from us four years ago. This EP is definitely one you need in your collection, and we're looking forward to hearing more from Ineffable Records in the future.

To all my DJ friends and affiliates, I'm currently looking for guestmixes for my label / artist collective Åbysmal Ẹntities . If you're not familiar, it is a passion project I've put countless hours in for the last 10 years roughly. We've worked with almost 450 artists from many different countries and I'm honored to continue this progression. I have a few EP projects in the works as long as some singles from some top notch artists, but we are on the hunt for quality DJ guestmixes that are cohesive with our niche sound. Introducing Brussels-based producer 7Kidz, aka Zakaria, joins the Nomine Sound Tribe with his latest "Animosity" EP.. This three-track dubstep EP expertly blends the raw essence of classic dubstep with a fresh, innovative edge. The opening track, "Strife," features classic percussion patterns and brute wobbles, encapsulating themes of deep-seated anger. "Scouting" continues with complex percussion and a mysterious reversed melody, symbolising the search for solutions to the conflicts introduced in "Strife." The EP concludes with "Calamity," where mid-bass elements and haunting atmospherics come together to depict a world in ruins.

The sophomore EP from dubstep artist SEEK, comes out swinging with his new 3 track release, rightfully titled ‘Invasion.’ Pulling from a heavier sound palette, influences of riddim, neuro, and halftime are boiled down to its core elements that gives a nod to the classic, deeper sound of dubstep, while putting his own stamp on the genre. The Invasion EP opens up with ‘Orbit’, a wonky stepper that is constantly folding and collapsing on top of itself, while the second track ‘Invaders’ is reminiscent of classic wonky dubstep with a fresh approach. The closing track ‘The Hunt’ breaks through all barriers and smashes its way out the soundsystem with a gritty and playful approach. These tracks did some serious damage during 2023, and we are very excited to put these tracks out into the ether.

It's not too often we host Drum & Bass on ÅẸ, but we couldn't pass up this opportunity to help premiere this absolutely mental track from Belgium based artist Glÿph, who we really love a lot. This is also the first release of a brand new Belgium based label Weurd Records, and is definitely setting the tone for a promising future pushing high quality sound system music.
