I forgot how to live in this word. Truly, FUN, is the first word my friends and family usually describe me as, and for a while there, I was spinning farther and farther away from it.

Maybe it's the coming holiday and the first one without my bestie . Maybe it's because I'm in a major growth spurt with my business, or maybe it's just because I'm a bit tired because life is like that sometimes. No matter the reason, sharing my truth is what I do best and the holidays are a wild ride for some of us. While it can bring love, joy, and fun for some - it can bring sadness, loneliness, and anxiety for others.

I love the holiday season and I am also incredibly over it come the new year because I have been living in holiday mode for months creating content for clients. (Yes, strategic social strategy includes thinking that far ahead 😜.)

So here's to living in whatever season you're in. And I'm embracing being a little less fun right now because it's making space for whatever else needs to exist within me right now.

I'll go first. 🙌🏽

For me, it's all about the benjamins. 💰 I've never been really great at understanding the importance of cash flow management and financial planning. I always wished that I had a better understanding of how to manage my finances, project cash flow, and plan for unexpected expenses. It seriously stressed me out to the point of many panic attacks until I met who is now my Virtual CFO and Financial Strategist! I freaking LOVE working with her and she keeps things simple.

After I started working with her, I was able to free up so much time and let go of all the money STRESS. This taught me that the bigger lesson to be learned is that I don't have to do ALL the things in my business.

So, whether it's a game-changing tip, a nugget of inspiration, or a hard-earned lesson, share the one thing you wish that you knew and let's help each other see that we aren't alone in the life of an entrepreneur.

STRESS ISN'T FUN, BUT IT CAN BE MANAGED.

Ideally, we'd all learn how to live our lives with minimal stress, but I haven't quite cracked that nut yet. Instead, I've taught myself how to manage my stress when it comes to running my business, serving my clients and making time for my relationships too.

Here are the top 3 things I do to manage my stress when it gets high:

✨Prioritize my mental health first. If I need a break, I take it. If I need help, I ask for it.
✨Make a list of my tasks. This allows me to see what exactly needs to be done and what can wait.
✨Delegate and focus on what is generating revenue for my business. If I can offload it, I can. I am so grateful that I have an amazing employee who works with me to take care of our clients and we take care of each other!

THE BEST I EVER HAD.

Today I want to tell you about the best coaching experience I ever had as a client.

It all started with a Marketing Retreat to Morocco. But honestly, it started waaaaaaay before that. 😍 I was introduced to Kristina, CEO of , about 2 years ago but it's not how you think. Someone just told me her handle so I peeked, loved the vibe, and stalked her for a year online (not in a creepy way) before deciding to attend one of her retreats. I immediately booked a spot, had a life changing experience working with their team, and have since been a member of the Inner Circle, attended multiple retreats, booked a Reels Day and gained a new best friend.
