Ashleigh came in for her 1 on 1 today, she was a little down last week after not hitting a lift. But i told her she would be able to do it this week fresh, without going through a full programming and then trying to max out! Well today was that day and she not only cleaned it but also completed the jerk as well, keep up the good work kiddo!

Elena Cruz went to Warner University for another visit and college opportunity. Thank you Coach Townley for the evaluation. She had a great tour and spent 2 hours with coach going through a workout and discussing her future opportunity!

This has been a great experience! I’m so proud of Elena, after not feeling well for the past week. We were able to get some weight moving yesterday and in her first Nationals appearance she went 4/6 on the day! Thank you for the support and event, see you next year! 💪🏾💯

I’m 1 month and 7 days out from having to fly out to Pennsylvania for USAW Youth Nationals Week with my lifter Elena Cruz, i have 2,457 Facebook friends.
