Upgraded my kayak recently! The pedal drive is for sure a game changer. Also still slaying bass on Conspiracy Fishing lures! Little Nessie on Dropshot and Arkie jigs. Flukes are always a good option too this time of year. Get out there and fish!!!!

Always a good day fishing! Nothing real big but one that absolutely choked my megabass dark gill. Also caught what is probably the most beautiful green sunfish I have ever seen!

Another one for the books! Not the intended species but this big boy picked up my finesse swim bait while fishing for smallmouth. Catching him on light gear was a blast. Hard to beat the sound of peeling drag!!! 🔥🔥🔥

A little late but got to take a nice trip to Florida to visit my parents. Figured it was a good opportunity to catch some snook! Nothing monster but a bucket list fish for me. Even better that I got to go with my dad. Had a great time. Thanks to Captain Jack Yeslow. Awesome guide. Also got to meet up with an old friend from college and catch some largemouth. Thanks again Jason Morton for taking me out on the boat!

With the colder weather I have been targeting smallmouth with lots of success. This fall weather has been beautiful. Even got to take the pops out when he was home for thanksgiving. Go fish my people!

Form a couple weeks ago. But got to take my good buddy Dane Jarvis out for some bass. Hooked him up with a Conspiracy Fishing area 51 shakey head and got him on his first bass. And then several more after that. Love the candy apple red color on those Area 51’s and love sharing my love for fishing with my friends. Also got me a nice one as well. Solid day.

Mixed it up a little this weekend and did some river fishing. With the heat, the bass fishing has been kind of slow. So i tried for some catfish. Not the intended species but boy it sure was a fun fight!

Beautiful morning on the water. Got to catch some nice fish with my buddy Jarod Tinsley. Got me some of his awesome Conspiracy Fishing soft plastics and managed to even pull a few in on his Area 51 shaky head. Can’t wait to try his new glide bait either! Solid Sunday morning!

Ditch pickles>dill pickles. Lesson of the day is that color matters. Started throwing a Conspiracy Fishing flat earth worm in what I believe is the ecto slimed color in this clear water. No bites. Switched to a more natural brown with black flake and bam! Started getting bites. Really wanted to test the color theory and it blew my mind. More clear water, more natural looking baits and colors. They inhaled the flat earth worm and a green pumpkin chatter bait. Cool little test with great results.

Wow guys. Just wow! It’s been a grind here since I moved back to figure out the fishing but it finally paid off. From what I am reading this fish was only 4.5 ounces from a state record! This whopper came in at 5lbs 8ounces and measured in at 23 inches long! Some days can be discouraging, especially when it’s 93 degrees with no bites. But I’ve been sticking with it and my hard work was rewarded! Going to be hard to top this one though!
