How many people wake up at 3-5 am naturally, with no alarm clock? But instead of getting up, you tell yourself you have more time to sleep before work so you stay in the bed and force yourself back to sleep?

Don’t do that anymore. If you pray or meditate, do that before you force yourself back to sleep. God, the universe, your ancestors, or whatever you believe in is trying to tell you something and you need to listen.

Maybe you feel like you should work out. Maybe you would feel like you should read a book. Maybe you should learn a new skill set or master an old one.

You are not sleepy, you're unmotivated. Get up get a glass of water and try to listen. I hope this help’s someone.
