I didn’t think she was going to make it! 😳😅 backstory ::: We are getting ready to end our vacation, but we had one more thing that we wanted to do. We wanted to go up to the top of one of the Swiss mountains! We drove to the base of one of the mountain so that we could take a cable car up to the top. My family went first while we waited down with Ellie, and then when they got back, we went up! Ellie couldn’t go to the top, because the cable car wasn’t pressurized, and it climbs too rapidly, so it’s bad for her to go up it. After my family got back, we left Ellie, and started our accent. Kay, who has a REALLY bad fear of heights, had a rough time at first, but eventually got used to being up so high. When we got near the top, we got out of the cable car, and had to walk up stairs the rest of the way. The air was really thin, and it got hard for Kay as she has asthma but she pushed through, and after catching her breath at the top, she was ready for the final part… a bridge suspended over the mountain to the peak! Meanwhile, Ellie sat down at the base of the mountain enjoying some strawberries! 😂 Kay was terrified, but she braved the bridge and made it to the top! We took some pictures and looked out at the clouds, then we made our way back down. When we first got married, we had nothing, we barely could afford the rings that we did get, and since, I have been saving for several years and always told her that when we were able, I would get her a dream ring! When I surprised her in NYC, she was so happy. She loves her ring and tells me all the time how thankful she was for it. I guess she wanted to return the favor, because she got me a ring as well! I love that our rings match again and have the engraving “no matter what” which is what we put on our original rings. She is such an amazing wife and mother, and is always so thoughtful. I never really show the things she does for me, and so I wanted to show this, because I want others to see how amazing of a person she is! Kay looked so small compared to the popcorn and drink! 🤣😂 backstory ::: We were both having an off day and weren’t doing much, so i thought it would be fun if I asked Kay to do some of her favorite things and see how she reacted! So i walked up and asked! I asked if she wanted to go house hunting and get a coffee, becuase lately those have been her absolute favorite things to do while we are searching for a home to buy! 😁 But i had to think of a 3rd thing to do to end the night with.. at first I wasn’t sure, but I remembered a chat i had with @T-Mobile not long ago, about their magenta status perks, which are perks that everyone who has a tmobile account get to use! 💓I knew about the perk of free in-flight wifi and discounts on some concerts and events, but I had forgotten about the 5 dollar movie tickets! So I knew that’d be a perfect way to end our little date, because Kay LOVES going to the movies! 😂 I grabbed the tickets and we went out to do her favorite things! She had such an amazing day and the movie was amazing! She has dreamed of having this for SO LONG! 😂 backstory ::: Kay and I have been saving money for a house, but I saw a deal and I couldn’t resist 😂 I bought it and got it set up, but it takes a few hours to start working so i put a cover over it for the night so that Kay could try it when it was ready! This is something that she has wanted for years and always goes out of her way to find when we are out! Idk if it’s the crunch or what, but Kay LOVES this stuff! 😂 So I have been quietly looking at them in the background trying to find the perfect one for her! I am so glad that she was finally able to get one. It will be good for so many things! Ellie was so excited to show me her tooth! 😂❤️ backstory ::: We noticed that Ellie had started doing this cute things with her lip where she would stick her top lip out and make an almost kissy face. It’s so funny to watch and Ellie seems to laugh about it also, but we were so confused on why she was doing that! Some people were saying that it could mean that she was teething and that a tooth may be coming in soon! Well today while Kay was feeding Ellie, she was bitten! But it was different than when this happened in the past, this time it was SHARP! 😳 Kay looked into Ellie’s mouth and there it was… her first tooth!! Where we found a lump the other day, was a little sharp tooth. Ellie had been trying to show us with her little kissy face, but we didn’t realize! It’s the cutest little tiny tooth! When I looked at it, Ellie got so excited to show me! She was laughing and talking and smiling! I cannot believe that little Ellie already has her first tooth! 😳 She is growing up so fast, and will soon have a mouth full of of teeth! Why did she look so scared when she saw what was on the other side! 😂 backstory ::: Kay hasn’t been feeling well. So when we needed to travel to OKC for a few days, I decided that I would book her favorite place! She for some reason loves this little community and always gets so excited whenever we can go walk around it! 😂 It’s like a perfect little neighborhood which seems so safe and has all of the stereotypical things that a safe neighborhood would have. Like big fields with kids and dogs playing, little birthdays going on in the front yard, and little community ran events! 😂 I love taking Kay here because she just gets so involved and wants to see what’s going on around the neighborhood. When we got there she was so excited to see that I had picked her favorite house and gave me a tour as if we had never been there! 😂 Then she wanted to go out and walk around! We walked and said hello to some people, and then we headed back. We never saw the pregnant lady, so idk if she had the baby. 😂 When we were walking back, Kay got curious and wanted to see what was beyond the big walls that surround the community. When she did, she got so scared! 😂 I looked and it looked like it was a junkyard maybe or maybe a place to store old cars! She had Ellie and was explaining that she thinks she feels a tooth coming in. We had heard from our pediatrician about a month prior that he wouldn’t be surprised if she got teeth in early due to how her gums looked at the time, so Kay was pretty sure that this was a tooth bump! I walked over and looked at it, and it definitely looks like a tooth is coming in! Ellie was so patient while Kay looked at her teeth, but towards the end, she had something to say about it! 😂 Kay is so excited that a tooth is coming in, but is also nervous because the tooth will make nursing a little harder! 😅 Our little Ellie is growing up so fast!
