I'm now in month 4 of training in spine surgery at my dream program 🙏🏾🥼🔥

In every season of growth, graduation and testing I think you learn more about yourself than other people or things. You learn more about your limitations and capabilities. As I lean on God through every challenging season, I feel like I reap the most fruit.

I'm learning how to take care of some of the most complex patients a career in medicine has to offer. Pray for me. With God, all things are possible! 🔥

This was me at the peak of excitement to graduate from medical school and begin my journey as training orthopedic surgeon. 🥼

Now I'm wrapping up my third month of training in spine surgery after 6 years of training. This was all before this social media journey began. Who would have known how God would craft it all together? He's still crafting. 🙏🏾❤️🔥

Philippians 1:6 - "And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ."

After everything I went through, it all boils down to this one score. Pray for me as I check to see if I passed the exam someone told me I would fail early in my medical career.

Regardless of the outcome, I will praise God and entrust Him with my journey. His grace and mercy has surpassed my expectation up until this point in life.

Thank you to my parents, siblings, family and friends for holding me up in love and prayer. Thank you to my virtual family here for always being a positive influence and motivation to press forward.

Official first day of fellowship training here in Los Angeles, California. Such a beautiful and inspiring place. I can't wait to share more with you all.
