About Me
If you know me at all you probably know that I love bass fishing and all of the nuances that are associated with the bass fishing industry. I like it all, from getting on the water with the sunrise and making a day of it to sataying up late chatting with others and teaching them what I have learned over the last 20 years.
I got interested in chasing bass, specifically, when I was 10 and had a bass fishing game on our desktop computer (what’s that?!) where you could go have fun on the lake fishing or even fish bassmaster tournaments. I was never much for games so I would only play for a short while then decide to grab my Zebco 33/Shakespeare combo and head across the field to one of the ponds. I would spend a lot of time, on the game, watching all of the tutorials over and over from people like KVD and Denny Brauer, just to name a couple. I would pay close attention to the many variables that they would talk about and then learned how to apply them on the water. It all clicked! I began to catch bass consistantly and learned how to look at cover and determine how likely the it was to find a bass holding there. When I was 10 years old and learned how to target bass and saw success doing it, I was hooked! No pun intended...
I now have a family and many responsibilities that take priority on spending much money on it and it never crossed my mind at that very early stage that being a competitive angler was something that I could do. I now have a clear path to be able to compete at some levels and I have learned a lot over the years about marketing and particularly how to use social media for marketing and have found that I enjoy that side of the industry too! I love telling people what I use where, when and how. I would love to come to your organization and speak to your groups about bass fishing and the tools and techniques that I have found to work, and particularly those ones that are the most versatile that work, when used properly, all year at least to some degree.
If you ever have any questions or just want to chat bass please don’t hesitate to reach out!
