Thank you everyone who shared and watched the documentary. Foundations for the Future is merely Part on of my documentary on St. Ignatius Hospital. The requirements for the class that I made the documentary through required it be under 7 minutes. I couldn't tell the whole story in 7 minutes, so Part 2 will be coming soon. Titled "How the Spirits Saved Their Home," it will cover the story that prefaced getting the building under new ownership. The tours, the ghost hunts, and the shows that have helped get it where it is know.

On Tueday, December 13th at 9:30 AM, Part 1 of our Documentary on St. Ignatius Hospital will go live on YouTube. I hope everyone will take the time to watch it.
I have to give a big thank you to Austin and Laura Storm for allowing me to come film in this amazing and historic building, and for Austin to be willing to interview for the film.
I also would like to thank, Val Gregory of the Whitman County Historical Society for also interviewing for the project and taking me and some family on a ghost hunt.

Here are some sneak peak clips from our shoot at St. Ignatius Hospital. I don't know about you, but something seems off with that first clip in the Toy Room. Can anyone else see it too?
Over all, we had an amazing week, are looking forward to digging into the edit near the end of the week.

I had some amazing preliminary interviews with Val Gregory and Austin Stomr this week. The closer I get to filming this project, the more excited I get.

This week, I have preliminary interviews with the owner of St. Ignatius hospital, and the President of the Colfax Historical Society so that I can prepare the story that I am going to tell with the documentary.

This week I got approval from the new owners of St. Ignatius Hospital to do the documentary. We are working on scheduling preliminary videocall interviews so we can get a big picture on the footage and the interviews that I need to get while in Colfax to film. More to come soon.

As I begin planning this documentary, I am beginning to plan the kit that I film it with. The final kit may vary as I continue to experiment with all my options and find out what my options are.
My current kit centers on a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 4k with a Canon 28-80mm lens and a DJI Mini 2.
