Every year at this time, I take a moment to thank all the bands and venues that I have worked with during the year. Although this year has again been curtailed due to COVID, the thanks is no different. Thank you to the and , Patrick Crump, Gordon Masterson, Alescio Pro Sound, as well as bands Soundtown Baltimore, , All Star Band, ,, the Retro Band and all the bands that I have forgotten. Thank you for allowing me to work with you. I hope you had as much fun as I did.
This year is different, however, as this is the last that I will be writing this thank you note. In February, as many of you know, or may have heard, I was diagnosed with Adrenal Cortical Cancer, resulting in 2 surgeries and multiple chemical attacks on it that will continue on into the foreseeable future that is making it impossible to continue the work I love. As many of you know, my ability to say no is difficult and you may still see me from time to time, in the audience or behind the board, but, right now my health comes first.
Join me and tomorrow at New Year's Eve bash for what is, officially at least, my last official gig behind the board.
It has been a fantastic decade of working with you all creating music in the DMV.
