A Great Case Study for Nonprofit Administration:

Every Child Succeeds embodies and is emblematic of the challenges that nonprofits face. Even though we began with adequate funding, excellent community and business support and a strong scientific case for our mission, we still encountered roadblocks that ultimately did not allow us to grow to serve the well documented needs of our community. These barriers are not unique to ECS and our activities have been carefully documented, creating not only a description of what happened but also guidance for other organizations---including the roadblocks and essential questions to guide decision making.

"After I printed it, I saw two little kids, unidentified, standing in the background. The photo was even better than I first thought. The suspect was a workman with a tool clearly visible on the ground at his feet. He wasnโ€™t arrested, and since his identity was hidden. the photo could run in the paper in the next edition."
