“Love Me Like You Love Jesus” addresses theme of identity, fears, and triumphs as a POC post pandemic. After years of protesting, hard conversations, and transitioning of ideologies, have we reached a conclusion? Or are we just self expressing our thoughts like old negro spirituals.

Sketchy Night aims to bring artists of all level together in one room to collaborate, network, and vibe out while creating their own one-of -a kind personal drawing. While defeating artist block by creating a casual environment and encourage engaging conversations, we’re hoping all that attend grow to step out of their comfort zone.

“This week at Willis Tower has been memorable to say the least. Thanks to the staff and a special thank you to The Silver Roomfor the invitation. I couldn’t help but think about all of the black trailblazers that helped paved the way for us when we weren’t even allowed to come past Cermak.

As we wrap up the year, let’s continue to support local shops. If we focus on making more millionaires and less billionaires, we might actually start to see the change we needed in our communities.
