Peach Cobbler Stuff'd Cookies Recipe 🍑🍪

These Peach Cobbler Stuff'd Cookies are a delightful fusion of soft cookies and juicy peach cobbler, combining the best of both worlds. Each cookie is stuffed with a sweet peach filling, offering a burst of flavor with every bite.

Ingredients:
For the Peach Filling:

2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and chopped (or use frozen peaches, thawed and drained)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the Cookie Dough:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 large egg

Instructions:

1 box strawberry cake mix
1 cup sour cream
4 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
For the Strawberry Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons strawberry jam
1-2 tablespoons milk (as needed for consistency)
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and set aside.
Prepare the Cake Batter:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, sour cream, eggs, vegetable oil, water, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and smooth.

What’s better than a cinnamon roll or a honeybun? Combining them into a creamy, decadent cheesecake!

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
For the Cinnamon Roll Filling:

1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
For the Honeybun Topping:

1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:

Prepare the Crust:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
Prepare the Cinnamon Roll Filling:

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
Stir in the melted butter until the mixture forms a crumbly texture. Set aside.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the sour cream and heavy cream until fully incorporated.
Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust.
Add the Cinnamon Roll Swirl:

Spoon half of the cinnamon roll filling mixture in dollops over the cheesecake layer.
Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the cinnamon filling into the cheesecake batter.
Pour the remaining cheesecake filling on top and repeat the swirling process with the remaining cinnamon roll mixture.
Bake the Cheesecake:

Place the cheesecake in the oven and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden. The center may still jiggle slightly.
Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
