$2 Million Dollar Property in Alpharetta, Ga

We interviewed this customer after the job was complete. We asked, ‘Are you happy with the result and what made you decide to go with us?’

Answer: ‘I’m extremely happy with the work. Wow, when we bought this house it was covered in green algae and mildew. When we did our first showing, the back of the house (by the pool) had a nasty smell. We are clean freaks and that turned us off immediately. The realtor told us that we could have the house cleaned. The funny thing is, she gave us your name and our CPA gave us your name as well. We just really felt like our property was safe in your hands. You seemed very meticulous and methodical, a lot like how we are. We appreciate the attention to detail and we’ll be customers for as long as we stay in Georgia.’

Last Friday at a customers house, the homeowners son fell and scraped his knee on the concrete sidewalk when I was wrapping up.

I went to the work truck and grabbed our first aid kit and treated and bandaged the scrape. His mom was so thankful that he was taken care of as she didn’t know he was hurt.

We walked back to the front door and he said ‘I don’t really like this bandaid, but that’s ok’. 🤣

I told him, ‘Next time I’ll have some Batman bandaids buddy’.

Busted Pressure Hose.

It’s going to happen.

When it’s least expected.

At the most inopportune time.

Every challenge is an opportunity to learn. To get better. To rise above a situation. Slow down and realize that setbacks are normal. Be grateful for the opportunity to learn and to grow. This is a 2 minute fix for us. But it drives home a point: what used to be frustrating can be a non factor with time and experience.
