BIG NEWS! Q Division and The Ronan Fund have partnered to create The Ronan Fund Apprenticeship.

Together we're starting a (paid) apprenticeship at Q Division! This opportunity is being offered to a high school graduate who wants to learn on the job - someone who's not going to college - and who's driven, motivated, and inspired. Each apprentice will emerge with hands-on experience, a broader industry network and the financial backing they need to launch their careers.

This apprenticeship honors Ronan Jeannotte, who we first met when he came to Q to record, and then stayed as an intern - helping us move out of Q2.0.

Because some won’t get it, this is a joke* in context of the many responses I have read from local musicians (Guster was local once too).
Guster played at someone’s house today, in a neighborhood they once lived in when they were getting started (and where the rent was far less than it is now). My wish is that by them announcing a free set in Somerville, that the BAND and their FANS would take in some of the incredible indie artists who pour it out in all the places around town. Maybe tell others about that.
