How can I really manifest what I want?

By doing what puts me within that creative loving mood; in a grounded manner - alongside the lovelies who practice mindful and realistic manifestations themselves 🤙🏽

Will I ever gain enough control of myself so no internal or external situation can spoil my mood?

Yes - as I practice daily to respond responsibly to all things life! 🤙🏽

Is there a way to get over the fear of being judged?

Yes; by being separate of the good opinions of others 🤙🏽

What can I do to remain stable in the hardest of times?

Continue responding responsively to  every outcome -  without self judgment 🤙🏽

Can I become physically fit so my body is never a hindrance to anything I want to do?

Yes, by continuing to practice calisthenics & yoga every day 🤙🏽

Practicing restfulness throughout the day - by being in the outer natures of the world and the inner nature of my spirit/soul world 🤙🏽

By understanding/inner-standing that there is no way to happiness; because happiness is the way 🤙🏽

All of life itself unveils it’s purpose separately within all of us and it’s personal to each and every one of us 🤙🏽

By going where your guided and never feeling divided 🤙🏽

What steps can I take to overcome overthinking and anxiety?

Learning more calisthenics and yogic practices on the daily 🤙🏽

What does it feel like to be truly calm and happy, with no anxiety or inner conflicts?

A doodle/doodle sketch is a drawing made while a person's attention is otherwise occupied.
