Hello there!
My name is Rose Jones. I'm a certified Life and Accountability Coach. I'm a survivor of domestic violence. Though I have battled with PTSD, I'm standing strong and living a life that always wants to help and inspire others. I also experienced a lot of childhood trauma, but I decided not to allow any of that to stop me. Instead, I choose to use my experiences and trauma to help other women who have experienced or are experiencing some of the same things overcome their struggles.

I created a community called "Let Rose Speak: Healing for My Sista," a haven where women's voices can be heard and free from judgment to get needed support, learn new skills, and be around other women.

I'm now in Season 2 of my podcast called A SISTA LOVE PODCAST, and my topics are around:
Self-love
Self-healing
Self-acceptance
Self-worth
Trauma
Domestic Violence
Family Relationships

I'm open to on your podcast or to share something on my podcast for my upcoming episodes.
