We are very proud to announce our March 2023 Pro of the Month: Valerie Leonard!

Valerie started in July of 2022. Prior to this, she was an adjunct professor of English at a local community college for five years! After taking some project management courses, she wanted to transition into a remote role that utilized her communication skills and passion for creative projects.

She was very excited to join NLP as a project manager because of the opportunity to build relationships with clients while working with an amazing creative team. "The company culture is amazing, and every day is fun." She explained, "And I absolutely adore my clients!"

When Valerie is not working, she loves hiking in Northeastern Ohio, brunching with friends and family (including her two daughters), reading, baking, and gardening. She also makes a mean stir fry and enjoys watching fantasy and sci-fi shows while snuggling with her two Siamese cats, Bella and Daisy.
