The Alabama Theatre presents the 2021 Holiday Film Series. Tickets for all movies are $10 each, with the exception of The Polar Express ($12) which is a fundraiser for Kid One Transport. Children ages two and younger are free of charge. Doors open 1 hour before showtime, and each screening will begin with a sing-along accompanied by the Mighty Wurlitzer Organ. Seating is general admission, first come, first served. Masks are recommended. Tickets are on sale now at https://www.ticketmaster.com/alabama-theatre-tickets-birmingham/venue/262166.

With face masks proving to be one of the most effective methods of preventing COVID-19 transmission, the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH), the Alabama Hospital Association, and the Medical Association of the State of Alabama are sponsoring a video contest for Alabamians of all ages to share why they feel it is important to wear a mask.
