It was Lights, Camera, Action, on location for Alex Cardenas, this time at the Salton Sea.

Alex Cardenas former mayor of El Centro, California makes yet another appearance to help support the Salton Sea, in the feature documentary, “THE JEWELS OF THE SALTON SEA”. This time on location at Bombay Beach, California Saturday, May 19, 2018. The film directed by Steven Vitali, and featuring Hollywood stars Michael Madsen and Grace Yang is slated to be released this summer 2018.

Alex Cardenas: “It is important that we understand who the stakeholders are for our most precious asset which is water, it’s our people, our agriculture community, and our wildlife. We need to act accordingly and understand that water brings life to our community and that we need to be responsible with insuring that life continues with the most precious asset that we have, and that is our water”.
