Transparent Seas! It was meant to be!
Cant thank both Maxon Zbrush and Mimaki USA enough for this incredible honor.

My "Mother Ocean" piece all polished up being seen by giants in the digital sculpting world!
Mom, Dad...This ones for you.
For taking me to the ocean, to art classes then later art college. For teaching me the importance of nature, creativity and technology. For showing this wild little artist all the love you did.

Here's a fun lil painting of a beach in Portugal. It's Almoxarife and it reminded me of the beaches in Hawaii. I love painting places I've never been to in hopes of inspiring future travels! Something about the original reference photo caught my attention and with some composition twists I like to think its one of better digital paintings in a while...

Aloha friends!

This one is dedicated to our mana mama. Forever on the cosmic beaches. She brought me to the beach of life and the actual ones in it. I love you forever mama and know your watching over me. Those tide pools at Old Airport beach soothed my soul and Kua bay is like a dream I hold deep in my heart. Aloha Makuhine Kai e mana.

Been a while. Heres "Locals Only" a tribute to the Beaches I grew up on in Hawai'i. Getting closer to a point where a gallery show becomes reality! Im open to suggestions and ultimately it'd be something entirely new to me! Sometimes you just gotta go for it. This ones packed with reef life and has nice large windows to view in. Thats a big part of these you know...Taking both the overall shape into account as well as the viewers ability to see inside and throughout them.

If you didn't know Ive got glassblowing in the family and one big driving force was always to play with transparency like they get to. If I had a perfect 3D printer these would be borosilicate glass in full color vs resin/polymer. I think its a dream that will require far more innovations yet in my business I dont hold back on anything that currently seems so impossible. These waves represent that very same train of thought. If you can imagine it in 3D printing theres a wild possibility it can actually happen Ive learned.

Ok friends its my pleasure to once again show you some new work here! My colleagues and collaborators at Marketiger never sieze to amaze. Really grateful for their support at and I look forward to future projects as well as the official unveiling of my "Transparent Seas" Series.
Heres a glimpse of the pieces Ive been busy working on with them all over the past 2 years of lockdowns and new perspectives.

As you may know my previous work with casting resins had its own limitations. Here again are entirely 3D printed wave sculptures that really are works of art. Together with Marketiger we've refined colors, shapes and dialed in the look I am going for. The goal is still to have these all for sale as soon as possible along with opportunities to see them in person! Pictures can only tell so much with them and I cant wait to let you see them.
