1. An Oregon man is in jail for starting a wildfire, and he would have gotten away with it, too, if it weren't for those pesky witnesses who grabbed him and tied him to a tree. Trennon Smith was seen igniting multiple fires in a remote wooded area. Three people spotted him called police. After a brief struggle, they subdued him and tied him to a tree until police arrived and placed him under arrest.

2. A man in Florida was arrested for drunkenly driving a Walmart scooter down the aisles of a store, running into shelves and displays, and almost hitting other customers. When police arrived he was so drunk that he couldn’t stand up on his own. Maybe that’s why he was in the scooter.

1. A Michigan man was arrested last week after drivers called 911 to report a naked man holding a gun and dancing in the middle of U.S. Highway 131. When cops arrived, they saw him doing pushups and holding a 9mm handgun. Cops took him into custody and also gave him a low score on his dancing skills.

2. A family of four in Texas . . . a mother, a father, a brother, and a sister . . . got into a massive KNIFE FIGHT on Sunday. The brother came home drunk and with a gun. The sister wasn’t having any of that so they got into a fight. Mom and dad jumped in and at some point they all had a knife. All of them were stabbed, but all will survive.

The Detroit Police Department says they have surveillance camera video of employees of Diesel Repair Inc. using a customer’s vehicle to illegally dump what appeared to be used motor oil in a neighborhood just five minutes away from the shop. The owner of the shop, who says he was out of the country when the illegal dumping happened.

2. A pastor in New York City was robbed on Sunday . . . IN THE MIDDLE of a service, which was being live-streamed. And they stole his jewelry, which was apparently worth around $1 MILLION. Who’s the bigger D-bag, a preacher with $1 million in jewelry or someone who stole it?

1. Two people were taken to the hospital after Adam West of Portland, New York collided with a horse and buggy with four people inside. West was charged with a felony for driving while his ability was impaired; officers say he failed field sobriety tests and was allegedly under the influence of drugs.

2. Some tourists were seated at an outdoor café in Naples, Italy recently, when a young man ran up to one of them . . . pulled a gun . . . grabbed one of the guy's watches . . . and then ran off with it.
But just SEVEN MINUTES LATER, another young man walked up to them . . . with his hands up, apologizing . . . and returned the watch. Then he walked off.
Why did he return the watch? Because it was a fake.

1. Lisa Anne Slone was arrested outside the supermarket where she was running around with a pitchfork and a whip, while trying to sell teddy bears. At one point, she stabbed a man's minivan with the pitchfork, causing some damage. Cops arrived and apprehended her. They noted that she appeared to be extremely intoxicated. Well, that's one hell of a sales pitch.....fork.

2. Two guys were arrested in the U.K. recently, after stealing $36,000 worth of Wrigley's chewing gum. They did it to pay off "drug debts," and got off easy because they didn't have a prior criminal record.

1. Clarence Wayne Giles is accused of stealing copper wire from interstate light poles in West Virginia that he then sold for nearly $16k in cash. How'd he get caught? Deputies were at a recycling facility getting evidence in the case when Giles walked in to sell the copper that he just stole. He was arrested.

2. A woman in Canada woke up Monday morning and saw that an intruder was sleeping on her sofa. She called 911, but the dispatcher told her the police were busy, and she should try "waking him up." She refused, and cops finally showed up about 20 minutes later to get the guy out.
This 911 operator sounds like she'd be better off working for a troubleshooting hotline . . . like, "Try unplugging it, and plugging it back in."

1. A woman and her daughter are suing Taco Bell after they say employees at a restaurant in Dallas dumped a bucket of boiling water on them, causing severe burns and brain function damage. After their $31 order had been made for them incorrectly twice, the customers went into the restaurant with their receipt and bag of food. They say the employees became “combative” after 10 minutes of refusing to make their order a third time, and the manager supposedly came from behind the counter with a bucket of boiling water and poured it on the two.

2. A woman in Michigan named QaShontae Short was stood up on a date a while back . . . and she didn't just complain about it on social media. She SUED the guy. And get this: She's asking for $10,000 in damages. She claims she suffered "emotional distress" because he didn't show . . . and it was her mother's birthday, and her mom had just died. She's also claiming he "committed perjury," because he lied about his intentions.

2. A Florida man is behind bars for calling 911 on his girlfriend just because she wanted some sour patch candy. Joshua Larson, who was heavily intoxicated, called the cops and then when they showed up, he fought with them to a point where they had to use a taser.
