The National Resistance Movement - NRM Secretary General Richard Todwong has today handed over motorcycles to the NRM sub county chairpersons from Kampala. This is in line with the fulfilment of the pledge of the National Chairman Yoweri Kaguta Museveni to equip all NRM sub county offices with motorcycles for effective mobilisation.
