🍛TERIYAKI MARINADE BAKED CHICKEN🍛

📝Ingredients:📝

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup mirin
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water
Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
📋Instructions:📋

PREPARE THE MARINADE:

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Place chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
BAKE THE CHICKEN:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove chicken from the marinade and place in a baking dish. Reserve the marinade.
Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
MAKE THE SAUCE:

While the chicken is baking, pour the reserved marinade into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Add the slurry to the saucepan and cook until the sauce thickens.
SERVE:

Drizzle the thickened sauce over the baked chicken. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Succulent Shrimp in Creamy Tomato Basil Sauce with Fresh Linguine

Ingredients:

8 oz linguine pasta
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:

Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they begin to soften and release their juices, about 3-4 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer, then add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet along with the fresh basil and cooked linguine. Toss everything together until the pasta is well-coated with the creamy tomato basil sauce.
Season with additional salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot, garnished with extra basil and Parmesan.

Creamy Ricotta Beef Stuffed Shells Pasta 🍝
Ingredients:
20 large pasta shells
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
½ cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
1 large egg, beaten
2 ½ cups tomato basil sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to get it ready for baking.
Cook Pasta: Boil the pasta shells in salted water until they reach an al dente texture. Drain them well and set them aside to cool slightly.
Prepare the Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add minced garlic and dried oregano, stirring until the garlic becomes fragrant. Remove from heat and allow it to cool a bit. In a bowl, combine the cooled beef mixture with ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Pecorino Romano, the beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

2 ribeye steaks, about 1-inch thick

Zest of 1 lemon

For the Mashed Potatoes:

4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Lemon Herb Butter:

In a bowl, combine the softened butter, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined. Set aside.

Cook the Steaks:

2-3 tbsp olive oil or butter (for frying)
3 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
8 oz pasta (fettuccine, linguine, or your favorite)
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
¼ cup pasta water (reserved from cooking pasta)
Instructions
Make the Garlic Chicken Bites:
Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken pieces dry and season with salt and pepper. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, and paprika. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Cook the Chicken: Heat the olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer (do this in batches if necessary) and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
