We recently partnered with TikTok on the TikTok Unboxed 2024: SEA Summit crafted a series of engaging on-ground and online brand motion assets designed to communicate and capture the essence of this year’s theme, “From Brand Fame to GMV Game.” These assets will reach diverse audiences across six Southeast Asian countries: Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia. Targeted at advertisers, agencies, and businesses, the visuals emphasize TikTok’s commitment to empowering brands with advanced creative tools, full-funnel strategies, and commerce solutions.

Our approach integrates engaging visuals and dynamic typography to spark excitement among marketing practitioners and leaders. The visuals convey a spirit of optimism and technological advancement, tailored for both live and digital platforms as well as physical events.

We partnered with our friends at Meta for the second year to create the opening film for the third edition of Conversations, Meta’s Global Business Messaging Conference. Held in São Paulo, Brazil, and streamed globally, the conference showcased the latest innovations and upcoming upgrades for Meta’s messaging platforms, with a focus on evolving business opportunities.

A 360 regional branding project for the Asian Food Network. We created a comprehensive identity, information hierarchy and motion systems designed to enhance viewer engagement. This scalable approach ensures consistent branding across On-air, Online platforms, and physical products, reinforcing brand identity and fostering a unified, immersive experience for the audience. We developed a fluid and robust toolkit that communicates a seamless digital and linear experience, offering entertainment, utility, and community to millions of Asian food lovers across the Asia-Pacific region.

The form of the lowercase ‘a’ (Asian) from the logo inspired the development of a motion system that houses the content, signifying that the programs originate from within Asia.

We completed a series of on-ground and online animated promos and assets for Changi Airport’s Changi Millionaire campaign in 2020 but it was put on hold due to the COVID pandemic. We’re happy to see the campaign finally go live after three years. Illustration by André Wee.

Launched in 2015, Ogilvy partnered with TMRRW for the motion brand identity design of the Singtel rebrand. After months of exploration and development. We crafted a fluid, concise and refined motion to evoke a sense of energy, momentum, and space. Reinforcing Singtel’s central role as a dynamic force in the telecommunications and ICT industry.

Singtel is Asia’s leading communications technology group. It has a presence in Asia, Australia, and Africa, reaching over 740 million mobile customers in 21 countries. Its infrastructure and technology services for businesses span 21 countries, with more than 428 direct points of presence in 362 cities.

We worked closely with the Meta team on the social ads and opening film for the second edition of Conversations, Meta’s Global Business Messaging Conference held in Mumbai, India. The film kicked start the conference, capturing the essence of the next chapter of evolution in business messaging and WhatsApp, defining how Meta is leading the shift in messaging. It serves as a catalyst for uniting developers, partners, enterprise clients, and SMBs around a common goal: To build better conversations together.

"What is Speed?" is a video installation commissioned by the Singapore Grand Prix 2023 exclusively for the F1 Paddock Club. It encapsulates the essence of Speed in F1 racing. Led by the motion of a red line cutting through a series of visual expressions, it conveys that Speed is Time, Speed is Fluidity, Speed is No Resistance, Speed is Loud, and Speed is Technology.

Here’s an edited preview of PALIMPSEST, a visual/audio installation commissioned by the Singapore Art Museum for the Singapore Night Festival.

Drawing inspiration from the communities, buildings, architecture and art that once was on Armenian Street, PALIMPSEST is a poetic expression of the artists’ contemporary take into the history and evolution of the now pedestrianised street. This collaborative work by William Chan and Brandon Tay combines digital images, text and sound that celebrates the pulsating energy of Armenian Street – a site steeped in discoveries, experimentation, and discourse.

Comparing the evolution of Armenian Street to a palimpsest – a medieval wax tablet or parchment from which writing has been partially or completely erased to make space for another text, these multiple translucent screens can be seen as a series of connections, presenting the Street as a palimpsest both literally and metaphorically, inscribed with layers of meaning of “here and then” and “then and now”. Meanwhile, the deconstructed cube is a reference and critique to the “white cube” paradigm which alludes the move away from the traditional confines of the museum and art gallery spaces.

This artwork is co-presented by Singapore Art Museum and National Heritage Board as a programme of Singapore Night Festival
