By now, as you can imagine, the track being named Farewell, many of us will go through some relationships in life and it may end without us knowing or liking, however the means. Sometimes the helplessness of it can seem overwhelming.

Notice the harmonies coming in, before fading out to give way to a pensieve music box line, while the haunting riff is ongoing behind.
We imagine it to be a sort of statement where it's never truly one person who is mournful at separations, and that there are memories that will never go away. When we look back at them as time goes by, we hope that the emotions are carried through in this tune!

Soul Dot BGM
Back in late 2019, early 2020 before Covid, we decided to create a deck of sounds for people to use on some online Audio Libraries.
This track, Farewell, is one of them. We hope that it stirs some emotions in you!
As the track begins, you hear a simple, haunting woodwind, against a simple glockenspiel accompaniment.
This was done with the idea of a soundtrack to a quiet or sentimental scene in games, much like Final Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts!

Soul Dot is 3!
When we started off at the end of March 2018, we had many ideas and plans to bring about a new paradigm in music production and audio engineering levels here in Singapore!
Fast forward to now, we've survived through Covid-19, moved to a new location (From New Industrial Road to Jalan Pemimpin), and working with numerous artists and partners, we're really thankful for the support and journey so far!
It's been mostly quiet in terms of releases this 2021, but we promise, there're lots of exciting things happening! We just can't talk about them now haha
Here's to many more years to come!

Wedding Song Concept 2!
Last week, we've added in a layer of a wind instrument, in the form of the Chinese Xiao, to create a soothing effect, on top of the Piano and Erhu melody!
This week, we're bringing to you the original melody rearranged in terms of rhythm, and we used the Pipa to allow for a wistful mood!
