Anjuman Faiz-ul-Islam Rawalpindi which is a duly registered reform oriented social welfare and academic body of broad minded and moderable social workers from different walks of life, was constituted in 1943. it initiated its humanitarian service the same year, at the behest of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah by retrieving thirty destitute children from famine and riot stricken Bengal and by providing them with shelter, necessities of life and facilities of education.
