DUTERTE ADMIN OPENED UP PH TO CHINESE CRIMINALS — GARIN

House Deputy Majority Leader and Iloilo 1st District Rep. Janette Garin raised concerns about why the administration of former President Rodrigo Duterte allowed the entry of Chinese nationals, who are considered criminals in their own country, through the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs).

During a press briefing at the House of Representatives on Wednesday, August 21, Garin noted that POGOs are illegal in China, where those involved face severe punishments, including imprisonment or even ex*****on.

Garin questioned the Duterte administration's decision to legitimize POGOs in the Philippines despite their illegal status in China, pointing out that while the Philippines maintains numerous trading partnerships with China, it is troubling that the country was opened to individuals wanted for illegal activities in their homeland.

SARA ALLERGIC TO TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY?

Vice President Sara Duterte criticized inquiries into the proposed 2025 budget for the Office of the Vice President (OVP).

During the Senate Committee on Finance briefing on Tuesday, August 20, Duterte labeled inquiries into the OVP’s proposed allocation of P10 million for distributing the book she authored, Isang Kaibigan, as politicization of the budget hearing.

In 2023, Duterte also stated that those opposing her confidential funds are against peace, implying that dissenters are enemies of the nation.

Kahiya-hiya na ang pobreng bansang Timor-Leste pa ang nakahuli kay Teves. At hanggang ngayon, di pa rin siya ma-extradite ng gobyerno ng Pilipinas para maharap ang kasong murder kay Guv Degamo ng Negros Oriental.

Ang malala, balak pang idagdag ni Marcos ang CIF para umabot ng SAMPUNG BILYONG piso sa 2025.

Walang mekanismo para i-audit ang CIF. Ito ang PORK BARREL na pumalit sa PDAF at direktang hawak ito ng Presidente.

Mabuting alisin na ang CIF at gamitin ito para sa serbisyong pangkalusugan, pabahay, badyet ng edukasyon, mass transportation, at suporta sa agrikultura/MSMEs. Never again sa Pork Barrel.

Bilyon-bilyong pisong Confidential and Intelligence Funds, ilaan para sa masa! Mga makakapangyarihang kriminal, panagutin at ikulong! Gobyernong inutil, singilin!
