Southern Leyte (Saint Bernard, Libagon); Leyte (Jaro, Ormoc City); Samar (Matuguinao, San Jose de Buan, Calbiga, Pinabacdao, Basey, Santa Rita); Eastern Samar (Maslog, Dolores); Cebu (Liloan, Consolacion, Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu City); and nearby areas
within 30 minutes to an hour.

🔹The above conditions are being experienced in Cebu (San Francisco, Compostela); Southern Leyte (San Juan, Anahawan, Hinundayan, Hinunangan); Leyte (Tacloban City, Santa Fe, Palo, Alangalang, Pastrana, Dagami); Eastern Samar (Arteche, San Policarpo, Oras, Jipapad, San Julian, Borongan City, Maydolong); Siquijor (Enrique Villanueva, Larena, Lazi, Maria, San Juan, Siquijor); which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
