The management, editorial board and owner of Brodkast 8 Network - Multimedia Production would like to inform the public that URBN Studios Incorporated acquired ownership of the company, its brand, contents and all intellectual properties of the company.
May it be known to the public that all published and on-going productions of the network is now under direct supervision and ownership of URBN Studios.
