LAGUNA COURIER, the Voice of the People is a regional weekly community newspaper established on February 17, 1996 by a Court Legal Researcher, writer and journalist MELINDA B. CALANASAN, now EVANGELISTA and Ms DINAH MAMIIT CARABIO (Publisher) in the City of San Pablo to serve as a mouthpiece of the common people in the Southern Tagalog area including Metro Manila and for the purpose of bringing to

the attention of the proper authorities their complaints and grievance.
