Man-it Integrated School's Supreme Student Learner Government (SSLG) and the Red Cross, collaborate with the residents of Brgy. Batu, to embark on a meaningful project to plant trees and foster a greener future. Their united efforts reflect a shared vision of environmental sustainability, aimed at improving the local ecosystem and mitigating the effects of climate change. Through this initiative, students, volunteers, and community members come together, not just to plant trees but to nurture hope for future generations.

As they work hand in hand, each seedling symbolizes a commitment to environmental stewardship and community involvement. This tree-planting activity serves as a reminder that every small act of care towards nature has the potential to grow into something much greater, benefiting not only the present but also the years to come.

The partnership between SSLG, Red Cross, and Brgy. Batu residents is a testament to how collaboration can ignite positive change. With each tree planted, they are laying the foundation for a healthier, more sustainable environment—a legacy that will thrive and inspire future generations.

Brgy. Batu was brimming with the spirit of giving as residents and students from Man-it Integrated School's Supreme Student Learner Government (SSLG) and Red Cross came together for a touching gift-giving event.

The day was marked by a vibrant and heartfelt atmosphere, thanks to the enthusiastic participation of the local community and the students. The gifts, which included essential items, food, and non-use clothes, were thoughtfully chosen to provide both comfort and support to those in need within the Barangay.

The dedication and compassion of the SSLG and Red Cross students were evident throughout the event. They were actively organizing and executing the event, from managing the distribution of gifts to engaging with the recipients and spreading joy.

Perla Angela Padernal, President of the SSLG, expressed the profound impact of the event: “Seeing their smiles while receiving gifts melted my heart. I realized that through those simple acts of kindness, we can help other people, especially those who are in need. It inspires me to help others again because the feeling is so good, a feeling that I want to feel again.” She added, "A simple ‘thank you’ from them is enough to motivate me to do it again and again."

It's truly inspiring to see such unity and compassion within our community. This event is a testament to the power of collective action and a reminder that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference.

The event ended on a high note of accomplishment and gratitude, reflecting the strength and unity of the Young Leaders. It was a beautiful reminder of the importance of giving back and the meaningful difference that collective action can make in the lives of others.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Man-it, headed by SK Chairperson Rogelio III L. Palomaria, truly exemplified the power of kindness by donating school supplies to the students of Man-it Integrated School. This thoughtful act not only provided essential needs but also brought big smiles and hearts full of gratefulness to the students. It uplifted their spirits, fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment.

HIGHLIGHTS | It was more than simply a night; it was a day to remember for Man-it Integrated School's Grade 12 HUMSS students.

The pioneer batch of graduates from Man-it Integrated School's Senior High School had their Recollection on April 10, 2024. With Pastor Joefeth Villarias as a guest speaker, the students opened up to God, allowing acceptance, forgiveness, and love to enter their hearts.

The day didn't finish there; teachers and facilitators had planned activities for the students. The activities were divided into five stations, where they had to do various acts and answer questions prepared for each station. Following the exercises, the learners gathered inside the Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) to share their perspectives on the events.

The night was still young when they gathered outside for a bonfire, where each learner was instructed to throw their unsaid thoughts written on paper into the fire.
