Preparing our SMOKED SISIG GOURMET 👌🏼

ALAM NYO BA ??

Ang original at traditional way of preparing sisig ay boiled pig ears soaked in vinegar with onion, chili ,salt and pepper ?

Then, Aling Lucing Cunanan from Pampanga, a skewer vendor accidentally burned the orders of pig ears skewer and instead itapon, ginawa nya itong Sisig 👌🏼 and dun nag umpisa ang grilled sisig.

Lastly, Hon.Benedict Pamintuan approached Aling Lucing asking for her recipe and decided to put it on a sizzling plate. Now, we have sizzling sisig.

And so on and so forth. 😁
