In choosing the best bread, FRESHNESS is a very important element that buyers always consider. Buying fresh breads will surely allow you to enjoy the intrinsic delight in eating bread.
Looking on the "best before" date or expiry date to determine freshness is misleading. What CONSUMERS SHOULD LOOK FOR is WHEN THE BREAD WAS BAKED, NOT WHEN IT EXPIRES. So how do you do this assertively? It is helpful to check your bakers´ practices.
