Blessed to be remembered my female student whose busy in building up her career.

In a male dominated industry, its hard for female cadets to be hired. But tho its hard, it is never be impossible. ⚓️😇

She took 2 years to be hired since she's one of the students I handled starting my career as a maritime professor.

And I always admire students who work hard.
Being hired in an international shipping company may be hard, it takes years and patience but as long as you do our BEST to apply in every company that says NO. There will be soon, a fulfilled YES in God's grace. Amen 😉

A must watch movie that defines all reality in life.

Three lessons I realized watching: How to make Millions before grandma dies 😭

1. Mothers' Love Has No Boundaries and Favoritism - Grandma show fair compassion and love to her children despite having a troubled son. And as children, we just need not to think that its not fair. 💯

2. Be Pure to your intentions: the grandson at first wanted to be instant millionaire but as he go daily with her grand he realize that his love much prevailed in taking care of her until her last breath. 🥹

3. Spend QUALITY time with your family: the movie displayed reality of society today where when a family gathered: GADGETS are on the table and no quality time was happening every gathering. Check with your family members and update with them because life is short. ☺️

Overall, the movie was a roller-coaster of emotions. First it will introduce you to the life we have and bring you to many life realization until the last, all your tears will just pour down. ❤️

POV IN CLASS: STRICT BUT WITH COMPASSION 😉

Strictness when coupled with compassion is not a negative attribute. A person who is showered with a moral responsibility of guiding others, especially those who are still young in the discipline, needs to be strict from time to time. It is not for the purpose of curtailing assertiveness, limiting openness, or emphasizing authoritiveness.

It is to set an order in the squabbles created by equally important priorities of set of students who are clustered to work together. It is essential to ensuring the attainment lesson objectives in class.
