These are the guidelines prior to donating blood:
1. Must be in good health condition.
2. No alcohol intake within 12 hours before and after donation.
3. No smoking within 4 hours.
4. Have at least 6-8 hours quality sleep.
5. Eat adequate meal. Avoid fatty food.
6. Drink plenty of water or juice.
7. Tattoo, ear piercing or surgery at least 1 year after the procedure is accepted.
8. At least 50kg weight and above.
9. Blood pressure: systolic 100-140mmHg, diastolic 70-90mmHg.
10. Newly vaccinated/boosted shot individuals are accepted to donate provided that there is NO Vaccine effect symptoms prior to donation.
