These aspirations will serve as a foundation to concretize our objectives through the programs, activities, and initiatives that we will begin to implement this academic year," uttered Dr. Abiera.
Dr. Abiera also expressed his confidence that LCC will become a globally engaged academic community through the initiatives he set forth under his presidency.

Moreover, the former Vice President for Administration and Corporate Affairs also mentioned that LCC will keep participating in community activities by offering scholarships and assistance to marginalized students, one of its roles in upholding social transformation as part of his six-point agenda.
"Since one of my aspirations for our institution is to be socially transformative, we shall continue to be actively involved in community engagement by helping out the financially disadvantaged citizens through scholarship grants and assistance programs," he added.
He also vows to improve the quality of work-life balance of employees as he sets his vision on providing an enriching and nurturing service to the community along with its students, alumni, and stakeholders.
Dduring his presentation, the LCC’s main man also shared that the office of Research and Development office under Ms. April Acielo will be labeled as Research and Creative Works office to cater the diverse forms of studies and specializations of each program, in compliance with CHED Memorandum (CMO) number 15 series of 2019.
