To enhance the safety and security of the USANT campus, Vehicle Passes for the SY 2022-23 will be required starting October 3, 2022.

Vehicle Pass Sticker fees will be used for improving campus roads, creating new parking areas, training public safety officers, and adding university-wide CCTV cameras.

STEP 1. Check if your name is on the list posted at the bulletin board at the Registrar’s Office. If your name is on the list, proceed to Step 2.

If your name is NOT on the list, please visit the Accounting Office and look for Mrs. Mary Ann A. Gaminde for verification.

STEP 2. Visit the Registrar’s Office WITH your parent or guardian to pick up your claim stub and to sign the Sharing Agreement for S/Y 2021-2022. Please bring 2 photocopies of the following:
• Student’s school ID
• Valid ID of parent or guardian

Note: For Continuing Grantees who are unable to personally pick up their claim stub, please provide 3 copies of the following:
• Authorization letter
• School ID
• Valid ID of authorized person

STEP 3. Bring your claim stub to Junior High School (JHS) Pavilion Table 1 for the release of your TES check.

STEP 4. Sign the General Payroll Form at JHS Pavilion Table 2.
