Direct Hire Employment How it Works :

For applicants who wish to find employment as Domestic Helper in Hongkong here how we process.

A. Hongkong Local Finish Contract
- these are Filipino/Indonesian already working in Hongkong and will finish their contract with their respective employers who wish to change employer.
-priority will be given to them to connect with the Agency in Hongkong thru whatsapp group chat. They will be offer some prospect employers/matching employer. They can choose to accept/or not accept.
-they need to submit duly accomplished application data (found on the page), join the FB group chat for Finish Contract.

B. First timer/ex-abroad/Not presently in Hongkong
-these are filipino/Indonesian not in Hongkong and it could be living in Philippines, Indonesia, Macau and any other countries.
-upon submission of duly accomplished application data (found on the page) thru me or HRR, they will be join the FB group chat for HRR or Philippine Direct Hire.
-need to wait after posting to the agency when the employer find their match suitable to their need the agency will inform me to reach the applicant to set-up an interview. A group chat in whatsapp will be created.

C. Break/Terminated Contract presently in Hongkong or not presently in Hongkong.

Sa DIRECT HIRE processing ng applicant we do it here online pass to me the application data shown on the page with whole body photo. Ito lang ang tanging way wala na pong iba. No other process than this way.

Sa mga Philippine Applicant or terminated/break still the process only here online submit the application data shown on page. I rerefer lang kayo sa Philippine Agency pag me amo ng mag sisign sa inyo.

We do collection of data together with Hongkong Agency and do matching employer/helper. If both on match we arrange interview personal if in Hongkong or video call (most often).

We do FREE No Charge Fee in Hongkong. We only ask for Holding Fee (refundable on the first day of work/non-refundable when not continue your application). The Processing Fee in the Philippines is base on their agency requirement not under our control. But still reasonable compare to other Philippine Agency.

Direct Hire Mechanics :

To clearly understand our process of applying here are the following information as guideline.

1. Hongkong Finish Contracts presently staying in Hongkong are the top most priority for my job posting. If your a finish contract or within couple of months even year you may register to my Direct Hire Finish group chat. If you find a suitable employer in my posting please pm me directly to accomodate you properly no need to comment on my post. Just screenshot and send it to me. That this post you like to apply.

2. If your ex-abroad, middle east, first timer, break/terminated in Hongkong and coming from Philippines. The principle is apply send to me your application data. And it will be posted on our Agency Portal. Wait for my advise and you will be added in Direct Hire Philippine group chat. These applicants need to wait for employers selection.

3. HRR applicants (Human Resource Representative) I have four nice and caring ladies willing to assist you. They are connected with this page. All applicants cater by them will also added to HRR # group chat and will be posted in Agency Portal. Wait for the employer selection. Here are my HRR areas :

HRR #1 Dianne - Cavite Area
HRR # 2 Apple - Davao Area
HRR #3 Starlet - Nueva Viscaya
HRR #4 Marifel - Metro Manila

As for now they are my representative connected with me to scout applicants. Those who wish to apply may contact me. Applicants from HRR also same with item 2 wait for the employer selection.

4. Applying and Hiring Process we have 5 stages :

1st Stage : Submission and posting of application
2nd Stage : Set-up of whatsapp group chat with the Agency when a prospect employer choose an applicant. If HK finish contract soon automatic will make a gc.
3rd Stage : Signing of contract and processing of visa/documents/requirement to be a legal OFW/training/medical etc.
4th Stage : Dispatch of applicant going to Hongkong.
5th Stage : Dispatch of applicant from their respective employer.

5. All Direct Hired Applicants will be added on a group chat to monitor them whatever happen in the course of their employment in Hongkong. Full support will be given to them from me in case any problem arise. Include advise and proper channel to give assistance to OFW when needed like the support of our POLO Philippine Consulate General in Hongkong.
