Since the day is just starting for many of us and we're all looking to set a positive tone for the week, here are four things you can do to make today amazing!

1. Be grateful. It's easy to get lost in what we don't have instead of taking stock of what we already do. Take a moment to think about how lucky you are to have the life you have, and be thankful for your family, friends, health, even just having a warm bed. 🙏🙌

2. Listen to your favorite music. Put on your iPod or turn up your favorite playlist and really listen—really take it in—while you get ready or drive to work or whatever the first thing is you're doing today. Music has an amazing ability to change our moods and bring us joy, so let it do that for you today! 🎧

3. Be nice. With everything else going on around you, it's easy to forget that everyone around you is dealing with their own personal struggles—so be kind when someone isn't having the best day (or if they just cut you off in traffic). You never know what kind of an impact a smile or a kind word can have on someone else's day. 🤝👍

-Get enough sleep. So many of us try to cram everything we can into our weekends, but our bodies need time to rest and recharge. Get enough sleep on Friday night, so you can enjoy yourself on Saturday and Sunday without feeling tired or cranky! 😴

Take care of any chores you’ll have to do on Saturday. Do laundry before you go out with your friends, wash dishes before going to brunch with your family, etc. That way you won’t feel stressed about them over the weekend. You’ll also be able to enjoy your free time more if it isn’t being eaten up by chores!🧹🚿🗑️

-Start an awesome project for the weekend! Are you going to read a new book? Learn how to knit? Paint something? Make some yummy cocktails? Make sure you pick something that will make you excited for the weekend! 🎨🖼️🧶

Hi there!

Today, we're gonna talk about how to generate leads from your website. If you work in marketing and sales, this is going to be really helpful. 🤝

Here are the four steps:

✨ Contact form: Any website needs a contact form that makes it easy for visitors to reach out. Contact forms are so important because they capture all the information you need to follow up with a qualified lead—right as they're showing interest in your product or service. Make sure to include at least their name, email address, and phone number, but also consider adding fields that collect more information about what they're interested in and how they heard about you. This will help you better understand your audience and target your marketing efforts.

✨ Social Media: If you haven't already, get on social media! This is a great way for your company to build brand recognition and connect with customers on a personal level. Once someone visits your site, chances are they'll check out your social media accounts to learn more about who you are as a business. Engaging with them on social media is also a great way to start building trust, which can help turn a visitor into a customer.

✨ Call To Action: Optimize calls-to-action on your website and make sure that they are clear and--most important--actionable.

Here are our best tips for marketing your small business:

- Know your audience. If you don't know who you're selling to, you won't be able to market successfully. Do the research and figure out who your target audience is and what they're looking for.

- Focus on goals and objectives. Once you know who your target audience is, think about what will bring them in the door. What are the goals and objectives of your marketing campaign? Figure out what results you want to see, and then come up with a plan to get there.

- Identify what works (and do more of it). When you start setting goals, be sure to track them so you can figure out which ones work and which ones don't. You'll probably see some variation in results from different campaigns, so determine which ones got the best response and do more of that!

- Make your value proposition clear. Your customers need to understand why they should choose your business over another one—what makes you different? That's called a value proposition, and it's important.

-Take care of loyal customers.

- Utilize social media and invest in ads that can boost your engagement and sales!

-Lastly, manage relation with CRM.

When you're launching a product, you want to make sure all of your ducks are in a row. After all, this is the big moment where you can show off your hard work and get the word out about what you've been doing. So where do you start? 🤷🤔

1. Write down your goals. Do you want to launch a new product by next month? Or are you looking to get more participants for a webinar? Whatever it is, write it down and make sure it's achievable!

2. Plan out your timeline. What steps do you need to take in order to reach your goal? Then figure out when those steps will happen—and stick to that schedule!

3. Decide where to promote. Is there a platform where your target audience hangs out the most? Are they on Instagram or Facebook? Choose wisely!

4. Settle on your direction. Is this product meant for a younger demographic? If so, then maybe an edgier approach would work best; however, if it's geared towards older folks then something more polished might be appropriate instead!

5. Produce assets that align with your goals and audience (e.g., images). Make sure these assets look good on mobile devices too.

What's the best way to get ahead in your career? Is it a full-time job with stability and benefits? Or is it taking a leap and going freelance? 🤷

Marketing can be a beast to get right, but if you start with your marketing pillars, it makes the rest of your planning and ex*****on a lot easier. Marketing pillars are the 4-6 things that define who you are as a company and where you're going in the future. Once you know what they are, it gives you something to work toward and helps keep your messaging on-brand.

Here's how to get started:

1. Write down your values, personality traits, products, services, etc.

2. Separate them into groups based on similarities.

3. Play a cute little game of "spitball" and narrow it down to 4-6 pillars that best define your company (with a little bit of wiggle room for future expansion).

4. Evaluate what's most important about each pillar and write it down somewhere.

5. As you come up with marketing ideas, check back with these pillars to make sure what you're doing fits into those categories!
