****COVID-19 testing required for people flying into Canada: Starting January 7, 2021****

COVID-19 testing required for people flying into Canada: Starting January 7, 2021, air travellers 5 years of age or older will be required to present a negative COVID-19 test result to the airline prior to boarding international flights bound for Canada.

The Minister of Transport, the Honourable Marc Garneau, is requiring that, effective January 7, 2021, at 12:01 a.m. EST, all air passengers five years of age or older will be required to test negative for COVID-19 before travelling from another country to Canada. This implementation date provides all airlines, both foreign and domestic, adequate time to comply with the new requirements.

Documentation of a negative laboratory test result must be presented to the airline prior to boarding a flight to Canada. The test must be performed using a COVID-19 molecular polymerase chain reaction (or PCR) test and must be taken within 72 hours prior to the traveller’s scheduled departure to Canada.

Anyone who receives a negative test result and is authorized to enter Canada must still complete the full, mandatory 14-day quarantine.

Medyo magiging lenient lang tayo for 2020 dahil halos lahat naman ng companies ay apektado ng COVID. If bumagsak man earnings nila this year, it doesn't necessarily mean na bumaba ang intrinsic value nila. Recheck your answers sa Step 1 😉

5️⃣ 𝙂𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙮 - Of course! Para alam mo kung ano ginagawa nila. You want to know if they have a good business and plans. Isa pa, baka maganda nga business nila pero mainit naman sila kay President 😅 Medyo observe muna kung ganon.

6️⃣ 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙧𝙤𝙠𝙚𝙧'𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙤 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙩 - Utilize your broker's research. Usually meron ang broker mo na mga recommendation to buy/hold/sell. Pero don't depend on that alone. Dapat may sarili ka pa ring judgment.

Then, check the chart. Hindi lang pang-traders ang chart. 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒐𝒏𝒆, 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒊𝒔. Look for support levels where you can buy at or observe for a trendline breakout to enter your bid.

(Marami pang pwedeng gawin when making investment decisions, but the ones above could work for an ordinary Kapayamang investor 😊)

Last Feb, Nagkumustahan kami ng long time friend ko thru fb, sinubukan ko nading ishare ang financial planning and the importance of life insurance.

Friend: Pre, I'm sorry, kakakuha ko lang ng sasakyan last year May. Siguro next time nalang muna, madami din bayarin, Kapus pa sa budget. Priority ko muna tong sasakyan kesa sa insurance. Masyado pa naman akong bata para isipin yan.

Advisor: I understand pre, pero.. (seen)

Then nitong April lang, Nakita ko sa isang group na may binebentang sasakyan yung kapatid nya. "PASALO, Ceramic Coated, Casa Maintained, coding every wed, RUSH"
Then may nagcomment "RFS?" sagot nya "Emergency, Pang gamot ng kapatid ko naospital kasi sya.

Nakakalungkot lang isipin na madalas mas binibigyan nating prioridad ang mga materyal na bagay kesa sa mga mas importanteng bagay tulad ng paghahanda para sa future naten at ng ating pamilya.
