May brings over a decade of expertise in sales and marketing, beginning her journey at renowned establishments like Planet Hollywood in Hong Kong and the five-star Marco Polo Gateway. She further enhanced her skills at a five-star hotel in Auckland, where she received an award for Best Customer Service. In Thailand, she excelled as an Event Manager at the Siam @ Siam Hotel and Spa and later as a Banquet Sales Manager at Novotel Siam Square. Now at Thai Villa Restaurant, May ensures every guest feels welcomed, maintaining high standards in food and service.
Sam, with over 20 years in hospitality, discovered her passion for customer service at just 16. She has worked in cafes, restaurants, and bars, holding various roles such as baker, staff supervisor, and front-of-house manager. Sam thrives on making customers happy and creating a positive atmosphere. Her experience includes managing rosters and handling various operational tasks.
