Time truly does go by quickly, we only have this one life to do what we want, how we want to do it, and when we want to do it. Enjoy Life. Because time isn’t slowing down for anyone and we all only get this one shot ❤️

It was during the chapter on anxiety and how, Dr Viktor E.Frankl helped his patience deal with the factors that caused their anxiety. He gave them ways to find the light in these stressful moments and face them head on, so now these factors would be shut down and turned into a positive and no longer had the ability to cause anxious moments…

Watching the footage back I don’t recall any words coming out of my mouth because I was beyond nervous.. - What I’m trying to say is you may wish you had done better or wish you had done something differently to improve it but matter of fact is YOU DID FINE!! SO DON’T beat yourself up!!! - I thought I was speaking fast, that I wasn’t putting sentences together that my lisp was bad and that I was mumbling… watching the footage back none of that was happening!!!
