Mobile and web applications department builds solutions for businesses and also hosts in-house products of Gurkha Technology. The current range of products are Kinmel, Toyanath Patro, Nepali Jokes, Meme Nepal and Hamro School App.
Digital branding and promotions Department helps empower local organizations and businesses reach their prospective customers by utilizing the ever-growing presence of internet in daily use. The company helps businesses reach the right people at the right time.
Creative Design Department helps businesses build a corporate identity. This department delivers overall user Interface and user experience requirements for clients of Gurkha Technology and handles social media posts, creative works.

The organizational structure is based on Executive Directors, and respective Executives are responsible for smooth running of their departments. There are currently six executives under the Managing Director who is the head of the organization.
