You remember that feeling you had when you graduated from school, at whatever level...the excitement that you were moving into something greater, but yet a feeling of melancholy that it's over?

Yeah.

Us too. 😏

We've decided to end our journey with In Her Element Podcast for now.

When we began we didn't have a roadmap, just a sweet desire to make something awesome. In just a short while, we've amassed a small following with you on this page, and from the podcast where women (and men!) listen in from 6 countries!

We celebrate all of it because it matters.

We present our final episode, Episode 9 The Closing, where we discuss what this journey has been like, what we've learned so far, and how we'd like to leave you inspired.

Whatever your heart desires to create, you best believe there's at least another person on this planet that's willing to help you get there and will walk alongside you to make it happen.

We encourage you to be risky.

Collaborate.

Make the call that sets it all in motion.

Create community.

Do it with all your heart and soul.

For now, we will keep this page open and as we each decide to share what's relevant to wives and women in leading spheres, we'll drop it in.

All episodes will remain on Spotify for your permanent enjoyment!

The beginning of a thing is the best part! It’s the most transformative because it’s where the most learning takes place.

There’s no mental blueprint for what you’re doing, no memory of how it’s been done by you before, so EVERYTHING that’s happening creates new neural pathways of knowledge, thoughts, emotions and behavior (come on Dr Joe Dispenza)

I think that’s the truest gift of new ventures 😍

I remember Episode 1 we introduce the idea of a woman’s “inner ocean” (from Sadhna), those parts of her that are hidden, yet they are the treasures of her womanhood

Wives, when you plunge into the deep…of yourself, that inner ocean…that’s where the magic is! It’s The beginning…that’s where learning takes place

As you navigate this particular season of your life, face it with courage.

Yes it’s new. But that’s the best part.

You discover who you REALLY are without all the things “they” said you need to be to thrive at your level.

So yummy!

This time not a podcast with Lori Bee & Wife of CEO but an update from Kenya, the Masai Mara plains.

once visited the same wilderness camp together with her family. I wanted to witness this energy left behind in the orchard named after Barak Obama.

After all: powerful women create great legacies, whether we do as wives, mothers or as lionesses! We bond, protect, (co)create, nurture etc….

So dear followers, you can imagine that I am totally and wonderfully feeling in my element at this part of the globe 🌎.

It’s the metaphor used for people like all of us who lead from the front and go first.

Everyone wants a “behind the scenes” to see how you live, where you go, what’s it like to be YOU

And it’s understandable too, because your life is fascinating and people are curious 🤷🏽‍♀️

But there should be boundaries, right?

You get to LIVE too…

…but there’s nuance to it

You’ll need a strategy for how to bring balance and rhythm for letting people see you AND keep your family protected and private.

Your leadership is not known by an executive title, but it is most definitely felt, seen and experienced!

Part of your magic is being able to go where he cannot, and using your voice to speak into situations where you are the most effective rather than his.

It's a beautiful partnership between you two.

In this week's episode, Sadhna and I share our personal stories of Leveraging Influence Without A Title, what we've had to overcome, situations we've had to confront (other women in the office getting a little too familiar!), and our personal strategies for success.
