The Executive Director Projects (EDP), Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Rt. Hon. (Sir) Victor Etim Antai, KJW, was in Yiba-Ama (Oruma) Community in Bayelsa State, to witness the Thanksgiving Service, organized in honour of the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NDDC, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, on Saturday, November 5th, 2023.
The EDP, NDDC, who is a former Local Government Chairman of Mbo LGA in Akwa Ibom State, former Commissioner of Chieftaincy Affairs an former Comissioner for Culture and Tourism, respectively in the state, was conferred with a chieftaincy title, as the AMATOLUMOWEI of Yiba-Ama (Oruma) Community ( the one who beautifies or decorates the community).
Rt. Hon. (Sir.) Anatai, KJW, attended the occasion in company of the duo; the Akwa Ibom State Representative, NDDC, Pastor Abasiedikan Nkono and Mr. Mfon Iwok.
