Sixteen pregnant women and eight children have been rescued in Aba from suspected child traffickers by the Abia state police command.
During a Press briefing by the Police Public Relations Officer ASP Maureen Chioma Chinaka Friday, noted that based on credible intelligence, detectives from Rapid Response Unit, Abia state Police command raided a suspected baby factory and rescued sixteen pregnant women and eight children harbored by Onyinyechi Okoro, 29 years old, from Ihechiowa in Arochukwu L.G.A of Abia state and Ekene Okezie, 32 years old, from Aro-Ndizuogu in Ideato L.G.A of Imo state.
