Discipline is also important, it's not just enough to have big dreams. If you spend more time on your phone than you do chasing your dream - smash the phone (for your own good).

If your friends are negative people who try to make you feel you don't have what it takes to achieve - bounce them.

And then, FOCUS. keep moving.
